Holiday Smoked Angus Rib Roast

From Owen's Meats in fabulous Cle Elum. We start with an 8-10LB Prime Rib Roast and smoke with a very low temperature in our precision smoker. We then chill it and vacuum seal it.

INCLUDES: 1 Bottle Each of Larouex BBQ Sauce & 410 Steak Sauce. Horseradish Sauce and our Au-Jus.
