Hello from Larry W Jordan Jr

Larouex Gourmet Foods was founded by myself in 1995 in response to friends, family and co-workers requesting the BBQ, Steak, Pepper Sauces and the cured and smoked meats we were making for a hobby. 

I love to make things. I am a coder, a maker, a musician and passionate about old Porsche's. My first career I worked as a trained Escoffier Chef for hotels and private families. These experiences formed a deep appreciation for always executing on quality, doing the best for the customer and being present in all interactions. The gratification from making and serving amazing food resulted in a deep understanding of quality and customer empathy.
