PULLED PORK

Our Smoked Pulled Pork starts with Boston Butt, Bone in Shoulder Pork. We inject apple juice and our seasonings and smoke for many hours. We rest the pork, pull it and add seasoning and pan it up. It is delivered to you in larger, pulled chunks and you can decide if you want to shred, chop or leave it as it!

Planning your Meal

There a 5-6 serving's per pound if you are making sandwiches. If you have other items, you can serve 4-5 portions per person.

Includes 1 bottle of our BBQ Sauce (Per every 5 lbs)

Pickup at our Casa, located in South Seattle for pickup on July 1st-3rd, 2025 (between 9am-5pm) and directions will be emailed to you. Send mail if you need accommodation for Eastside, etc.
